Tumbling is a basic floor work gymnastics class that teaches the fundamentals of tumbling and helps to improve flexibility, strength and balance.  Students can look forward to learning cartwheels, back bends, back handsprings, and aerials.  Tumbling is taught at an individual pace for each student.  Once a student masters all of the "tricks" in their class they graduate to the next level.  March 1st is the deadline for changing levels so a recital dance can be choreographed to display each student's abilities.
